扫码就可以返回结果，然后处理结果就行啊，js跳转或者php转发跳转就行

跳转情况基本不会出现，但是，针对有url的情况，最好是加密一下，因为有可能被解析！
你无法限制住所有支持扫描的应用都满足你这个自动跳转场景，有的扫描以后直接显示你的URL，有的还要检测你这个URL是否安全，主要还是看扫描应用本身如何处理，二维码本身无法控制
