你怎么判定一切正常

看看端口是不是80，我今天刚遇到，

1、防火墙问题被拦截？
2、端口设置正确了？
3、80端口已有别的应用占用了服务启动失败了？
telnet 127.0.0.1 80端口检查连接应答是否正常。
检查host的localhost是否能正常解析
检查是否设置了proxy导致连接出问题
