Chinese (Simplified)那一栏是简体中文的手册。
从左到右分别是：单个的html文件，多个html文件，chm手册，chm带评论的手册。
看你的样子应该是需要chm的。
chm 文档可能会过时哦
直接去php.net 搜索相应函数，或者使用google 搜索 / 百度搜索 php.net call_user_func 就能查到了
