yii2邮件注册，第一次成功，第二次就不行了，但是找回密码功能却发的出去
我用yii2-user 组件设置了邮件注册功能，第一次用qq邮箱注册了下，成功。但后来又想注册一个时发现邮件发布出去，一点sign up，就刷新注册页面，也没有提示，debug条logs也没看出啥来，我以为可能是后来写代码的时候改动了什么倒置配置错误了，但用第一次注册的那个账号试了找回密码功能，成功发送并收到了。
