SQL Server 2000 JDBC driver使用："com.microsoft.jdbc.sqlserver.SQLServerDriver" SQL Server 2005 and 2008 JDBC drive使用：" com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerDriver " 而且URL prefix也从"jdbc:microsoft:sqlserver://"改为" jdbc:sqlserver:/
