authorize 接口出现异常，寻高手解决

authorize 接口出现错误，寻高手解决
authorize 在做信用卡支付的时候报错。

错误信息：The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive.

GetValue() authorize类里面有这个方法，请问这个方法是干什么，十分感谢。

是不是用错API了，测试应该用sandbox的API。
