win2008 r2下php程序运行500异常请问

win2008 r2下php程序运行500错误请教！
环境是win2008 r2 iis7.5 php5.3 mysql,ZendGuardLoader-php-5.3-Windows.
phpinfo();能正常显示。

1、运行网站的时候，在IE8下直接显示空白，我右键源代码结果如下：

因为我安装的php5.3 是非线程版本，所以安装了Zend Guard Loader.

是不是必须安装php5.2 线程版本，然后安装ZendOptimizer3.3 呢？？
