libssl-dev : Dépend : libssl1.0.0 (= 1.0.1-4ubuntu5.7) mais 1.0.1c-3ubuntu2.2 doit être installé
Recommande : libssl-doc mais il ne sera pas installé

Désinstallez la version 1.0.1c-3ubuntu2.2 que vous avez installée...
