smarty 提醒403

smarty 提示403
我在VirtualBox 的linux里搭那了一个php环境
然后访问http://localhost/Smarty/web/config.php是正常的

但是我把linux的80映射到了真实的win8上的8080
我在http://localhost:8080是可以正常访问phpinfo页面的
但是http://localhost/Smarty/web/config.php去提示403说没有权限什么的
不知道为什么请问是什么原因啊

端口在8080，你下面那个url是80的端口。
