电脑是WAMP环境的，我之前不小心删了NetBeans，重新下载后运行文件就出现Not Found

是不是要在WAMPWERVER里面配置？我什么都不懂，请诉说的详细一点。

没有www吧。去掉www访问试试看。

看看你的localhost域名配置的文件夹是什么，这个文件夹下没有www/index.php文件
