php 超链接传值 报错404解决方法

php 超链接传值 报错404
我是这么写的：

a.php文件    
    $f="select * from deal where user_id='$id'";

    $res_f=$conn->query($f);

    while($row_f=$res_f->fetch_assoc()) {
?>
">
        
 

}
?>


b.php文件
$id  = $_GET['id'];
?>



 当我点击a.php文件的超链接a时 报错404 
The requested URL /index.php was not found on this server

我这里根本没有那个到index.php 啊 


我是个新手，各位大侠帮忙啊

  这个$id也不能解析吧,用echo输出才行。
