记录一下自己遇到的 Oracle 数据库相关的错误。

java.sql.SQLException: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection

解决：开启服务OracleOraDb11g_home1TNSListenerLISTENER1（总是忘了~）

java.sql.SQLException: Listener refused the connection with the following error:

ORA-12519, TNS:no appropriate service handler found

解决：因为我用的是新建的CAD实例，这里关了OracleServiceORCL服务后问题解决。
