安装GRID时跑root.sh脚本报错（ORA-27091: unable to queue I/O）。在CentOS5.8上安装RAC11gR2过程中，在安装grid快要结束的时候

在CentOS5.8上安装RAC11gR2过程中，，在安装grid快要结束的时候，在第一个节点上跑root.sh脚本时遇到以下问题：
