They’ll send out a ping when Mica spawns and the community tends to wait a minute or two before pulling when FATEs appear, so you’ll have time to teleport to Living Memory and join the fight before it’s too late. Centurio Hunts is the main Discord for this sort of thing, but there are Data Center-specific servers like The Coeurl for Primal players.
You need a total of 10 Mica Magicogs to get the full Mica outfit in FFXIV, so you’ll need to defeat Mica the Magical Mu multiple times if you want the complete ensemble. You only need to beat him twice if you get the full rewards both times.
Once Mica appears, make sure you have a full party of eight players ready to go. You can get two, four, or six Mica Magicogs per encounter for getting a bronze, silver, or gold FATE contribution rating respectively, but you need a full party to get the highest ratings.
