JavaScript `string.replace()` useful cases

1. Simple String Replacement

Replace the first occurrence of a substring.

let str = "Hello world!";
let result = str.replace("world", "JavaScript");

// Output: "Hello JavaScript!"

Replace all occurrences of a substring, use the global (g) flag with regular expression.
