• Select "Turn bowl right twice" when passing the teacup.

This will narrow the targets to Otama and Wakasa.

Assassinating Wakasa at Osaka Castle

Choosing Otama will lead to a more difficult assassination. Wakasa is the correct target. If Wakasa escapes to Osaka Castle, fast travel to the Osaka synchronization point.
