save 方法更新数据

save方法的更新判断失败用 false === 来判断， 否则执行都是成功的，只是如果为0 表示没有更新任何记录（就是你说的更新值和原来值相同的情况）。

发生错误返回false,未更改记录返回0，更改成功就返回更新成功的行数
