PHP脚本怎么运行？

新手，没弄过。
注册了个免费的主机，用ftp命令传来个文件，搞了半天也没觉得它能正常运行什么的。
我就想让它启动运行一下，先过下瘾。

能运行了！！
但为什么用域名可以运行，用IP地址就不能运行，显示这个：

Account unavailable

Maybe account have been moved, deleted, suspended or not activated yet.

The requested resource could not be found but may be available again in the future.

你上面提示的的APACHE的嘛？
在hosts绑定一下域名看看

应该是运营商设置的不能直接用IP访问
