php-mac配置apache的问题，用户目录下404访问不了

macphpapache

/localhost/可以看到it works.
在user文件夹下面配置了，

<code>   1 <directory>  2     Options FollowSymLinks Indexes MultiViews  3     AllowOverride All  4     Order allow,deny  5     Allow from all  6 </directory></code>

httpd.conf里面的deny都改掉了
但是/localhost/~用户名/显示的是：
Not Found
The requested URL /~bjhl was not found on this server.
