点击之前，url是 /index第一次点击的时候 走完controller 里的 gotoAnchor('floor1')之后 url 未变，之后自动又走了activate方法，url变成了/index#floor1 然后 再次点击 gotoAnchor('floor1')时，就能够正确跳到floor1的位置，为什么呢
