内存不够，可能是一条Insert带了太多数据。
试试用mysql命令行来恢复
文件大的.sql，可以直接用mysql恢复，
官网论坛有解决方案We recommend to use the Execute SQL File feature to run long sql. Right-click the opened connection and choose Execute SQL File from the popup menu.
