Python uses Nagios to add WeChat alarm notification function
Nagios is an open source free network monitoring tool that can effectively monitor the host status of Windows, Linux and Unix, network settings such as switches and routers, printers, etc. When the system or service status is abnormal, an email or SMS alarm will be sent to notify the website operation and maintenance personnel immediately, and a normal email or SMS notification will be sent out after the status is restored.
Nagios calls the API interface of the WeChat public platform to send alarm emails. Before the official operation, there are several preparations to be done. First install nagios, you can use the nagios one-click installation script I provided. Then I went to the WeChat public platform to apply for an enterprise account. When I applied, I filled in the name of organization. It can be used without certification. Finally, log in to the public platform to add an address book, and create a new application (such as nagios). Record the application ID for later use. User permissions are set by yourself.
WeChat script
After nagios and WeChat platform are ready, download the WeChat command script. Right-click Download and save. Then upload it to the nagios server, such as the /usr/local/nagios/python/weixin directory, and set the file permissions to executable. Create a new config.py file in the /usr/local/nagios/python/weixin directory and add the following configuration.
#coding:utf-8 CorpID='xxxxx' Secret='xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx' DEBUG=0 ToUser='sijitao.net' AgentId=1
CorpID and Secret can be obtained by logging into the WeChat public platform and opening the added application (such as nagios).
The parameters passed by the WeChat script command are separated by the "-@@-" symbol. For detailed instructions, please refer to my github address: https://github.com/zhangnq/nagios/tree/master/weixin
Nagios configuration
The following is the general configuration on nagios.
Add the weixin command to the commands.cfg command file:
define command{ command_name notify-host-by-weixin command_line /usr/local/nagios/python/weixin/NotifyByWeixin.py "host-@@-$NOTIFICATIONTYPE$-@@-$HOSTNAME$-@@-$HOSTSTATE$-@@-$HOSTADDRESS$-@@-$HOSTOUTPUT$-@@-$CONTACTALIAS$" } define command{ command_name notify-service-by-weixin command_line /usr/local/nagios/python/weixin/NotifyByWeixin.py "service-@@-$NOTIFICATIONTYPE$-@@-$SERVICEDESC$-@@-$HOSTALIAS$-@@-$HOSTADDRESS$-@@-$SERVICESTATE$-@@-$SERVICEOUTPUT$-@@-$CONTACTALIAS$" }
Add the contact template to the templates.cfg template file:
define contact{ name weixin-contact service_notification_period 24x7 host_notification_period 24x7 service_notification_options w,u,c,r,f,s host_notification_options d,u,r,f,s service_notification_commands notify-service-by-weixin host_notification_commands notify-host-by-weixin register 0 }
contacts.cfg Add a WeChat notification contact to the contacts. The alias name here must be the same as the name account in the WeChat public platform address book before it can be sent successfully.
define contact{ contact_name zhangnq-weixin use weixin-contact alias zhangnq email admin@sijitao.net }
Finally, after adding the contact zhangnq-weixin when configuring the service, you can send alarm emails through WeChat.
This is all about the Python function that the editor shared with you about using Nagios to add WeChat alarm notifications. I hope it will be helpful to you.

Python is suitable for data science, web development and automation tasks, while C is suitable for system programming, game development and embedded systems. Python is known for its simplicity and powerful ecosystem, while C is known for its high performance and underlying control capabilities.

You can learn basic programming concepts and skills of Python within 2 hours. 1. Learn variables and data types, 2. Master control flow (conditional statements and loops), 3. Understand the definition and use of functions, 4. Quickly get started with Python programming through simple examples and code snippets.

Python excels in gaming and GUI development. 1) Game development uses Pygame, providing drawing, audio and other functions, which are suitable for creating 2D games. 2) GUI development can choose Tkinter or PyQt. Tkinter is simple and easy to use, PyQt has rich functions and is suitable for professional development.

You can learn the basics of Python within two hours. 1. Learn variables and data types, 2. Master control structures such as if statements and loops, 3. Understand the definition and use of functions. These will help you start writing simple Python programs.

Python is easier to learn and use, while C is more powerful but complex. 1. Python syntax is concise and suitable for beginners. Dynamic typing and automatic memory management make it easy to use, but may cause runtime errors. 2.C provides low-level control and advanced features, suitable for high-performance applications, but has a high learning threshold and requires manual memory and type safety management.

To maximize the efficiency of learning Python in a limited time, you can use Python's datetime, time, and schedule modules. 1. The datetime module is used to record and plan learning time. 2. The time module helps to set study and rest time. 3. The schedule module automatically arranges weekly learning tasks.

Python is widely used in the fields of web development, data science, machine learning, automation and scripting. 1) In web development, Django and Flask frameworks simplify the development process. 2) In the fields of data science and machine learning, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn and TensorFlow libraries provide strong support. 3) In terms of automation and scripting, Python is suitable for tasks such as automated testing and system management.

Python excels in automation, scripting, and task management. 1) Automation: File backup is realized through standard libraries such as os and shutil. 2) Script writing: Use the psutil library to monitor system resources. 3) Task management: Use the schedule library to schedule tasks. Python's ease of use and rich library support makes it the preferred tool in these areas.
