php - IP定位、H5定位，求解怎么样才能解决定位问题？？？

环境：触屏版
要求：城市准确即可
性能：首页默认定位，那必然性能要求不能太差

【问题】
目前新站点使用的IP定位，偶尔就有其他城市冒出来出来说自己定位不准，但我偶尔有看到一些不错的网站，使用IP定位也是挺准的。
这该如何拿捏标准！？

我认为两者，
【IP定位】
（1）用户无感知
（2）性能较好于H5+微信定位

【H5定位+微信定位】
（1）用户禁止授权则直接失败
（2）性能差，要经过好几道工序，尤其微信定位。
（3）H5兼容性问题，不少机型直接就是定位失败或者连发起询问都不成功

因此想问问大家有什么好的建议和解决方案，这问题解决我很久了，感谢！
