PHP --- Unable to load dynamic library pdo_mysql.so

php cannot load the pdo_mysql.so extension
The configuration file has been added:

But when running php --ini, it still prompts

PS: It is normal to access using apach, but an error is reported from the command line

Apache and command line php do not use the same php.ini configuration file~~~

phpinfo() Check whether the loaded php.ini path is the same.
