intellij-idea - phpstorm selects multiple words. Windows uses alt+j. What is the shortcut key for Mac?

sublime is ctrl+d, keep pressing to select multiple
windows version of phpstorm is Alt+j
Then I tried many times on mac but can’t find it, please help

Open Settings > Keymap > Search for Add Select. The shortcut keys shown on the right are the shortcut keys
