Configuration Failed

It literally means an error in the configuration file. And after you check it, the syntax is correct. Then there might be some other reasons.

For example, has Apache been started? Is the port already occupied? Does Apache have write permissions on the log wenjian/log directory? Do you not have read permission on the plug-in file?

It is best to change only one line of configuration at a time and try it sentence by sentence.
