nginx - How to put the wordpress system under the second-level domain name

DO’s VPS, ubuntu 14.04
Current situation: After installing wp, access the main site and enter wp.
The purpose is: visit blog.mydomain.com to enter wordpress, and leave the root domain name for other uses.
Can it be implemented with one droplet? Use nginx?
