Mysql 5.7.18 cannot find the configuration file my.cnf under mac OSX10.12.4 (16E195)

As the title states, the Internet says that the my.cnf file is found for configuration, but this version of mysql under Mac does not find this configuration file!

The installation path is at /usr/local/Cellar/mysql
