node is not an internal command

Node has been reinstalled with version 6.10.3 and npm4.5.0. The environment variables have also been configured. The vue init prompt is not an internal command, win10 system

Take a screenshot and see. Generally, the reason is not the internal command but the environment variable. Since it has been configured, such a problem will not occur. Try using npm to install a dependency package and see if it can be installed. If so, environment variables will definitely be fine.
