laravel - The .env file cannot be opened in PHPstorm, and a question mark is displayed on the file. What is happening?

.ENV cannot be opened directly in PHPstorm now,
it could be used normally before.
Now there is suddenly an additional question mark. What is going on?

Select Editor -> FileTypes
Select the text above
Add .env below
