javascript - npm dependency installation problem under window

Question

I am not familiar with node yet. I want to use the vs code editor to start local services. I installed live-server using npm dependency, but an error pops up when the project is opened through live-server. I've manually uninstalled and reinstalled it several times before, but it's still the same. I don't know why?
