node.js - vue build environment - vue init webpack my-project does not respond

Use win7 to build the vue environment, refer to the http://www.runoob.com/ website, install cnpm (Taobao mirror) in sequence, and also modify vue-cli,
but perform "vue init webpack my -project" Project description (A Vue.js project), it gets stuck, and I cannot enter the next step by pressing Enter multiple times. I would like to ask if anyone has encountered this situation?

Downgrade from node 8.1 to node 8

Never encountered it before. Is this your first time using vue-cli?
