Does laravel come with bootstrap?

Why do I add <link href="bootstrap.css" rel="stylesheet">The style will work after I add it to the view. This is why I am not in the folder. Place any bootstrap source files

Bootstrap is not provided, it needs to be added in package.json and downloaded with npm. However, the styles of pagination and other functions provided by laravel support bootstrap by default. If you install bootstrap, these functions will be rendered according to the bootstrap style.
