php - mysql5.5.49 is installed to the last step, and the last apply security settings prompt fails

Question

As the title goes, an error occurred in the last step of MySQL installation (the fourth point)

The error is as shown in the picture.

I have tried:

1. Delete the registry, delete all local mysql files, restart the computer and reinstall, but still get the error

2. Modify the system/drivers/etc/hosts file and bind 127.0.0.1 to localhost

3. Delete the service in the MySQL/bin directory and reinstall the service. When logging in, it still reports an error that the local server cannot be found

If anyone has seen similar problems, please help.

windows firewall-->Advanced settings-->Inbound rules-->Allow mysql 3306 (add port rule)
