About using Cordova's local notification plugin

Question

I am recently using Cordova to do an app job developed using js, which involves local notifications.

It was found that neither one notification nor multiple notifications responded.

Later, I searched and found that the notification method of iOS10 seemed to have changed. I am not sure whether it can still be used this way.
And are there any pitfalls in using it this way?

You can consider using Jiguang Push, which is what I used before
