python - There is this document in the file, but the terminal says it cannot be found. What is the reason?

As shown in the picture, I use Github to create a webapp. I want to use the terminal to run the URL, but the terminal says that the document cannot be found. Why? Have tried running commands with spyder.

The file you opened in python is today_in_history_4web.py. And you only have the today_in_history_4web folder, so naturally there is no such file or folder.
