How to uninstall phpStudy under Linux server

I installed phpStudy on the Linux server, but it was not installed properly. I wanted to reinstall it, so I deleted the directory of phpstudy (deletion method under Windows system)

After deletion, the MySQL database of the Linux server cannot be accessed. . It can be accessed before phpstudy is installed.
