Regarding upload file size issues

Question

upload_max_filesize = 500M

post_max_size = 500M

max_execution_time = 600

max_input_time = 600

memory_limit = 128M

These parameters have been changed. When uploading a video file of more than 300M, the following error is reported. Does anyone know how to solve it?
