I installed phpstudy under server2016. After restarting the machine, I opened phpstudy. It showed that both services were turned on (green light). However, when accessing the webpage, it showed that it could not be opened. I could only click the restart service button, and then the webpage could be opened normally. No Any idea what the problem is?

Also, my system must be 64-bit, but every time I run phpstudy, it prompts that the vc11 and vc14 runtime libraries are missing, and I specifically emphasize that it is x86 32-bit. Why?

Change phpstudy from 2018 to 2017, which solves the problem that restarting the service will stop the w3svc service. . . . . .

Found the problem, but don't know how to solve it. . . .

It turns out that another apache and mysql service are installed on the server and run automatically. Check it through the task manager. The other apach will run, but the apache of phpstudy will not run.

In addition, restarting the phpstudy service will also stop the w3svc service of windows, causing iis to be unable to run. This is also quite new. I don’t know how to solve it?
