third Day: Project Analysis (August 9, 2018)

1. Estimation of visits (requests) - especially database read and write volume;

2. Project structure Analysis - Determine the programming language, database, web server and server deployment plan (single machine? cluster?)

3. Sort out the technical difficulties - which modules in the project are likely to become system bottlenecks? How to optimize the solution?

4. Personnel allocation--according to the technical level of the project team members, allocate corresponding modules;

5. Time evaluation--estimate the development time of the project team;
