apache upload failed

phpStaudy 2018 php7.2.10-nts apache modified php.ini: max_post, mem_limit, uploadfilesize and then uploaded a video exceeding about 500M and reported a 500 error, php7.2.10-nts nginx (same as php.ini, nginx modified max_body_size) uploaded Normal. xampp V3.2.2 apache php mysql uploads normally after modifying php.ini.
