Error is reported when using new array creation method after php5.4 version

Question

$arr  = ['name' => 'xxx', 'password' => '123123'];
//看起来好像没有错，但是跑起来就system error了（tp5框架）
//集成开发环境的php版本是7.0的
求各路大神解决！
