The video is not showing, please help!

I can't watch any video when I click on it. The video area is black and I can't study. It's so frustrating! Help! ! I have a win7-64-bit system and a 5-year-old HP laptop with a dedicated graphics card (although it’s pretty crappy). What’s the reason? ? . . . . . I really can't come up with these 100 words, I'm so sad. . . . .
