Database is not displayed

Question

Why is my database file placed under D:\phpStudy\PHPTutorial\MySQL\data but not displayed in phpmyadmin? Now it is the phpstudy2018 version. The 2016 version I used before can be displayed, but the apache server always stops after starting and the database in phpmyadmin says there is no data table. Baidu cannot solve the problem, so I changed the phpstudy version. Now this problem occurs
