I am also a novice, doing project management, and I am learning programming. The company mostly uses Java. After reading information on the Internet, PHP is the easiest to get started with. Now I can complete all the exercises and cases in the tutorial independently without reading the tutorial. To put it simply, I have memorized most of the content in the tutorial.
