Unable to log in to personal center on mobile phone

Question

I cannot log in to the personal center on the mobile web page. The mobile phone card is mobile, but it prompts that non-China Unicom and Telecom mobile phone numbers are not allowed to be used. I don’t know what the problem is, and I don’t know if any official personnel can solve it.
