Can't create new site

Question

After creating a new site, Nginx stops and the site cannot be accessed. After deleting this new site, the default site can be accessed again. Apache has been unable to start. The error AH00526: Syntax error on line 258 of D:/Program Files/Extensions/Apache2.4.39/conf/httpd.conf:DocumentRoot takes one argument, Root directory of the document tree is reported during startup. Then I add the folder and still get the error. When creating a new website, nginx: [emerg] invalid number of arguments in "include" directive in D:\Program Files\Extensions\Nginx1.15.11/conf/vhosts/sanhui.ltd_80.conf:20 error is reported.

Do not have spaces in the directory, D:/Program Files
