How to make the input element in the right section stop extending to the entire right section? I think the problem is with the grid column

in my .right-section form

Please look at the HTML and CSS and tell me, I have absolutely no idea how to fix this.

I tried manually adjusting the grid column width and it kind of worked. I can manipulate the width of the input when using fixed px values for both columns (i.e. 200px 300px), but it still doesn't solve my problem.

.grid-1 and .grid-2 div classes (containing said input) shrink, but .card-information does not.

It's a bit hard to tell what you're asking, but if you just want to limit the width of the form input, try setting a defined width on the form element (i.e. .right-section form {width : 70%; } or the parent container of the input (i.e. .grid-1, .grid-2, .card-information {width: 70%;}). Adjust as needed.
