API schema mismatch, resulting in ValidationError: Invalid options object. CSS Loader has been initialized with an options object that does not conform to the API pattern

Question

Summary

I created the Nuxt.js project in SPA mode through yarn create nuxt-app.

However, after installing Storybook, yarn dev returns an error and cannot launch the demo page.

I solved this problem by adding the following development dependencies.

yarn add --dev css-loader@^5.0.0 postcss@^8.1.10 postcss-import@^13.0.0 postcss-loader@^4.1.0 postcss-url@^10.1.1
