Inspect Vue components in the browser without using the VUE-Router library

I'm using vue 3 and the CLI build tool. Will import my component on .net page. I need to inspect my component on browser without using router library. Actually it is a separate component

What is the solution. In Vue 2, I used the gulp build tool and the fractal tool to inspect components in the browser. After migrating to vue-3 I can't find a solution.

If you use Java or .Net routing pages, simply create a routing page using .Net and import the components into your new page. Hope this will work
